Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains how SEO Ronin handles personal data when you visit seoronin.com, contact me, or work with me.

Who I am

SEO Ronin is run by Yaşar Dilbaz, a self-employed technical SEO consultant based in Antalya, Türkiye. I'm the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@seoronin.com.

What I collect and why

  • Teardown requests and contact messages. Your name, agency name, work email, the website you send and any notes. I use them to prepare your free teardown, reply to you, and send one follow-up. Legal basis: steps you've asked me to take before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
  • Client work. Contact and billing details, and any access you give me to websites, Search Console or analytics for a project. I use them to deliver the work, invoice and keep business records. Legal basis: performing our contract and meeting legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.
  • Business outreach. I sometimes contact agencies about my services using business contact details the agency publishes itself, such as on its website. I record where and when I found the address. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses. You can ask me to stop at any time, and I'll never contact you again.
  • Website visits. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or identify individual visitors.

I don't sell personal data, and I don't use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use tracking technologies, so there's no cookie banner. If that ever changes, I'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Who processes data for me

I use a small number of service providers, each only for what's needed:

  • Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
  • Web3Forms (receiving form submissions)
  • Google Workspace (email)
  • Calendly (call scheduling, if you book a call)
  • Payoneer (receiving payments from clients)

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep data

  • Teardown requests and enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months.
  • Outreach records: until you ask me to stop, after which I keep only your email address on a "do not contact" list, so I can honour your request.
  • Client and billing records: as long as Turkish tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR, or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how I use it, restrict it, or receive a copy. Email contact@seoronin.com and I'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

White-label work

When I work for an agency, the agency's own clients are the agency's customers, not mine. I never contact them, and any of their data I see during a project is used only for that project.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
